AIM to Prevent Processing Fee Information

There is an out-of-pocket processing fee of $299 for the AIM to Prevent program, payable at the time of enrollment. This is not covered by insurance. The AIM to Prevent laboratory tests are covered if performed at your healthcare provider's office. You may also choose to complete these tests independently through Ulta Labs.

Note:

1. Flexible Saving or Health Savings Account holders are typically reimbursed for the cost of the AIM to Prevent program.
2. The program fee covers the assessments, biometrics, results and recommendations report, laboratory review, consultations, lifestyle counseling, 1 full year coaching, and on-going yearly follow-up assessments at no additional cost to you.
3. We may optionally ask you to complete a Coronary CT scan to determine coronary calcification. This test is available at El Camino Health in Mountain View and Los Gatos, California, at a cash-pay cost of $200.
