Register:FREE Heart Screening for Women at Day of Dance spacerdots
 
As a special offer, if you qualify, the South Asian Heart Center will cover the out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses for your Advanced Heart Screening laboratory test (up to $100) for the first 100 women to register. You qualify if you are a first time registrant, and you also register a partner (your husband, or if you are single, a male family member or friend), and have his advanced screening completed prior to the Day of Dance event. Your partner will pay the out-of-pocket expenses for his laboratory test.

Details: 

In addition to the advanced screening provided by the South Asian Heart Center, the Day of Dance event includes free dance demonstrations, health education vendor booths, light refreshments, freebies, and prizes that you can visit and enjoy after your screening.

* Only South Asians are eligible for this advanced test.
* You qualify if your husband has already been screened at the Center before.
