| Ashish Mathur, Executive Director |
Ashish Mathur is an enterprise software executive with over 25 years of industry experience in developing software products from early phases to successful market introductions. Mr. Mathur has a winning track record in building and leading customer-focused and results-oriented teams through multiple initial public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions. He is the co-founder of juststudents, Inc. and serves as the Chairman of its Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors at Encover, Inc. and is currently an Advisor on the Board of Directors at Scalable Network Technologies.
Most recently, Ashish served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at Selectica, Inc. from 1997, where as an early member of the Selectica founding management team he helped build a 500-person global software consulting services organization with multiple offices in US and Canada, Europe, Japan, and India. Prior to joining Selectica, Ashish served as Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services for Pure Atria Corporation from 1991 to 1997. He also served as Engagement Manager for European and Japanese Telecommunications Software Projects for Teknekron Communication Systems, Inc. from 1990 to 1991; as Engineering Manager of Network Management and Broadband Products at Network Equipment Technologies and Adaptive Corporation from 1985 to 1990; and as a Software Engineer for ROLM Corporation from 1982 to 1985. Ashish holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. |

| Cesar Molina, M.D., Medical Director |
| Dr. Molina obtained a Bachelors of Science from Boston College where he graduated with honors as a Scholar of the College. He obtained his medical degree from Yale University. With a research fellowship from Yale, Dr. Molina wrote his M.D. thesis at the Joslin Clinic at Harvard University Medical School. Dr. Molina completed his medical, clinical pharmacology and cardiology training at Stanford University Medical Center. At Stanford he was a member of the medical school faculty and a Robert Wood Johnson Scholar. While at Stanford Dr. Molina did basic and clinical research in the laboratory of Dr. Ferid Murad, winner of the Nobel Prize of Medicine in 1998. In 1990 Dr. Molina left the faculty at Stanford and established his cardiology practice at El Camino Hospital. Most recently, Dr. Molina has appeared in the international edition of CNN discussing the benefits of diet, exercise and yoga in the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease. |

| Leslie Abrams, Nurse Practitioner/Case Manager |
| Leslie Abrams graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology/Sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Upstate New York. During her third year of college she studied in Costa Rica and then lived in Honduras where she volunteered at a cultural center educating homeless youth. When Leslie returned to the United States, she worked in a community hospital and volunteered for a local fire department. While on the fire department, she was awarded the Kris Kelly Memorial Star of Life for outstanding medical care. In 1999 she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and became licensed and ANCC board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. While at Vanderbilt University, she served on the advisory board of the International Health Coalition and was nominated for the prestigious Luce Scholarship, an intensive experience in Asia for candidates exhibiting evidence of leadership and accomplishment. Upon graduating from Vanderbilt University, she worked as a nurse practitioner in an urgent care clinic on the Navajo Reservation in Shiprock, New Mexico. She moved to San Diego in 2001 where she worked in Family Practice and Internal Medicine for over four years. Leslie is passionate about motivating people to take an active role in their health in order to prevent disease. |
