Ashish Mathur, Executive Director

Ashish Mathur is an enterprise software executive with over 25 years of industry experience in developing software products from early phases to successful market introductions. Mr. Mathur has a winning track record in building and leading customer-focused and results-oriented teams through multiple initial public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions. He is the co-founder of juststudents, Inc. and serves as the Chairman of its Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors at Encover, Inc. and is currently an Advisor on the Board of Directors at Scalable Network Technologies.

Most recently, Ashish served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at Selectica, Inc. from 1997, where as an early member of the Selectica founding management team he helped build a 500-person global software consulting services organization with multiple offices in US and Canada, Europe, Japan, and India. Prior to joining Selectica, Ashish served as Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services for Pure Atria Corporation from 1991 to 1997. He also served as Engagement Manager for European and Japanese Telecommunications Software Projects for Teknekron Communication Systems, Inc. from 1990 to 1991; as Engineering Manager of Network Management and Broadband Products at Network Equipment Technologies and Adaptive Corporation from 1985 to 1990; and as a Software Engineer for ROLM Corporation from 1982 to 1985. Ashish holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Cesar Molina, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Molina obtained a Bachelors of Science from Boston College where he graduated with honors as a Scholar of the College. He obtained his medical degree from Yale University. With a research fellowship from Yale, Dr. Molina wrote his M.D. thesis at the Joslin Clinic at Harvard University Medical School. Dr. Molina completed his medical, clinical pharmacology and cardiology training at Stanford University Medical Center. At Stanford he was a member of the medical school faculty and a Robert Wood Johnson Scholar. While at Stanford Dr. Molina did basic and clinical research in the laboratory of Dr. Ferid Murad, winner of the Nobel Prize of Medicine in 1998. In 1990 Dr. Molina left the faculty at Stanford and established his cardiology practice at El Camino Hospital. Most recently, Dr. Molina has appeared in the international edition of CNN discussing the benefits of diet, exercise and yoga in the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease.
Jeannette Kotrys, R.D, Case Manager
Jeannette joins the staff and brings her extensive knowledge and clinical experience as a Registered Dietician and Personal Trainer to the Center. She has a B.S., in Dietics from San Francisco State University. She has counseled patients in improving their advanced cardiovascular lipid panels through one-on-one counseling, group sessions, grocery store tours, custom meal planning and tele/internet interactions. She has worked in bariatric and diabetes management, gastrointestinal issues and custom weight loss and exercise programs. We are excited to have someone as passionate and dedicated as Jeannette as a member of our core team.
Mehjabeen Erum Alim, South Asian Heart Center Administrative Coordinator
Mehjabeen comes to us from Journeyman Bangladesh, where she worked as their overseas Operations Consultant and from People ‘n Rich where she was their Management Coordinator.  Mehjabeen completed her Bachelor of Arts Business Management Honors Degree from Anglia Ruskin University, UK.  She is currently finishing her MBA dissertation at the University of Wales, UK.  She has had experience in project management and office administration and coordination at real-estate and advertising multi-national companies including the non-profit, public and private sectors. She has a sincere drive to succeed while helping the community. Mehjabeen is a globe trotter who enjoys people and diversity – she originates from Bangladesh, and has spent her time in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., USA, and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
